Less spreadsheet. More shortlist.

  • We never scrape listing sites. You paste a listing and the agent reads what you gave it.

  • Private to you and your partner. Only people you invite can see a board, and every change is in the history.

  • Works with what you already get: broker sheets, GSA lease lists, listing text and forwarded emails.

One board for all 180 days.

Questions, answered.

Do I need an account to start?

No. The quiz works without one and keeps your answers in your browser. You sign in at the end, to save the board.

Is this tax or legal advice?

No. Brokers Take is software, not a licensed broker, lawyer, tax adviser or financial adviser. Letters of intent are drafts and returns are estimates. Your qualified intermediary and tax adviser confirm the rules for your exchange.

Do you scrape LoopNet, Crexi or other listing sites?

Never. You paste a listing’s text or forward a broker’s email, and the agent reads what you provided.

Can my partner work on the same board?

Yes. Invite them by email as an editor or a viewer. You both see every move live.

What does it cost?

Building your board, ranking deals, underwriting and your 1031 deadlines don’t use searches. Market searches are pay as you go: buy a pack, and each search uses one. A search that fails is refunded.

What happens to my quiz answers?

They stay in your browser until you save the board. Start over at any time and they are cleared.
